I rejoined civilization at 10pm yesterday, and all I have to say is this: YAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

It’s about 70 degrees F, the sun is out, I’m wearing a skirt and no shoes, and I just woke up from a nap in a sunny patch of grass with Lumir. In the last 24 hours (less than, actually), I’ve eaten ice cream (mochaccino), breathed deeply of the intensely humid air, walked barefoot through knee-high grass, cruised down an empty highway in Dr. Gonzo with my feet out the window, and stared in stupefied wonder at sheep, trees, flowers, grass, bugs, nighttime, etc.

And I’m with Lumir.
